In this treatment, the client will be lying on their back for the full 60 minutes with the focus being on the upper body, face, neck abdomen, and feet. This is a unique treatment that combines many modalities to help balance cortisol, increase serotonin and aid in regulation with the production of sex hormones. With this massage, breathwork is combined with essential oil, vagas nerve activation, craniosacral holds, lymphatic facial and abdominal massage, accupressure and reflexology on the feet and hands. You will leave feeling deeply relaxed, balanced, and restored.
