HEALTHY gluten free & vegan Pumpkin Chocolate chip cookies

1 c gluten free flour or oatmeal flour ¾ t baking powder 1 t corn starch 1 t cinnamon 1 pinch of salt 1 drop of both pumpkin pie spice extract and maple extract 1 scoop vanilla shakeology 2 T oil 1 c pumpkin 1 overflowing Tablespoon of mini dark chocolate chips Directions: Combine wet ingredients and dry ingredients in separate bowls then combine together. Fold in chocolate chips. Separate cookies on a cookie sheet (makes 12) cook at 325 for 15 min.
