1. Create a nighttime routine, put on lotion/perfume, get in a sexy nighty, take a relaxing bath, light a candle, put on shoes that make you feel confident

3. Write body love affirmations and put them on your mirror
4. Tune into your senses. how do you really feel?! sight, sound, smell, touch
5. Listen to a podcast or read a book about sexuality
6. Get out of your head, relax and unwind with quiet time, meditation, journaling
7. Make time for self care, take a bath, shave your legs, do all the things that make you feel sexy
8. Buy a new bra/underwear or clothes that make you feel sexy
9. Give yourself a breast massage before or after your shower or bath
