This virtual wellness challenge is a 6 week series that includes a nutrition plan combined with exercises that work together to promote weight loss while building muscle at the same time!
The workouts consist of a weekly sequence that includes glute sculpting, leg strengthening, ab toning, and arm building exercises with short cardio workouts for women who dislike cardio! (yes it's fun!!!!)
We have handpicked the most effective workouts to really tone our whole bodies, build/define our booties and lean out at the same time! The workouts will be 10-50 minutes 6x a week so they are easy to fit in even on the busiest schedule!
